First, I boil little round potatoes with salt and rosemary until a fork goes into them easily. Then I smash them flat onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 400°. Next I sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary and ghee onto them. Bake for about 20 minutes on each side to crispy perfection!
