I enjoyed the bath so much I forget about the book I was going to read during my soak. The Epsom soothed my muscles, while the oatmeal calmed my skin and the steam cleared my congestion. Altogether it was very relaxing and felt good to take care of myself. I even did a hair mask and peppermint body scrub.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was enjoying a perfect afternoon of relaxation.
