Sharing our plants

We planted most of our vegetable garden from seeds this year, so it needed thinning out to give each plant room to grow. We couldn’t bear to toss out these beautiful plants we grew, not after we had followed their progress so closely.

Mama and I were thrilled to get to share our extra cucumber, watermelon, zucchini, and purple carrot plants we grew with neighbors on both sides.

Today’s #OneGoodThing was sharing our plants! May our gardens give us all bountiful harvests this summer!

Day 125 of 365. And Day 856 in a row (here’s the first 366 & the following 365)!

1 year ago today: Juice dripping down my chin

2 years ago today: Great news, plus new egg friends

4 years ago: The Joy of Ellen

8 years ago today: Where’s the Line?
