Acceptance

I am learning to accept my current limitations. Yesterday’s limitation was that I used up all of my energy dragging my ass to the doctor’s office, pharmacy, and grocery store. I didn’t wake up feeling well; but when I got home, I was done. I went to bed in the afternoon, got up briefly to…

Roses filling our home

Today’s #OneGoodThing are these magnificent, fragrant roses filling our home, which were left over from our special celebration this past weekend. Our first zucchini harvest

Today’s #OneGoodThing was harvesting our very first zucchini from our garden! Our zucchini went from garden-to-table-to-mouth within minutes and it was amazing! We sautéed it in olive oil with a little salt, pepper, and lemon juice. It was naturally buttery and delicious — and the freshest zucchini we’ve ever eaten! Day 178 of 365. And…
